Welcome To My First Food Blog!

To my beloved readers,

Hello and thank you so much for reading! I've been cooking since I was 14 years old and in my line of work, nothing means more to me than to be able to share my work with others. It only seems right that I take it one step further and try to reach out to a wider audience (the ever-expanding network of foodies that make talking about food so much fun!) I'm currently finishing up my culinary arts degree at the Culinary Institute of America and for the next 4 months of the journey, I will be spending my time working at Apricot Lane Farms; an organic, biodynamic farm in Moorpark California. I've been incredibly fortunate to have been given the opportunity to do a five month internship working in the farm kitchen preparing delicious, wholesome, nutritious meals for the wonderful farming interns on site! I couldn't be happier about it! I will be sharing all of the interesting, unusual, incredible and delicious things that I discover during my time here with all of you. Stay tuned for more!
